
Originally from Lexington, N.C., Joe Langley
began playing music at the age of eleven and is accomplished on the piano,
and quitar, and bass. Major influences on his spiritual life and music career
were his father, a Baptist minister, and his mother who was a church pianist.
Since 1960 he has been playing the piano for southern gospel singers, such
as the Langley family, Winston-Salem Victors Quartet, and Lexington’s
North State Quartet. He has been with Called Out Ministries since Feb. 2004.
Joe, his wife, and their children, Joey and Andrea, moved to Stoneville, North
Carolina in 1971 where they currently reside.
